As landscape contractors (LCB# 8623), we are licensed to install most of the elements our designs, although we often work with subcontractors to fulfill certain aspects of a project.
By operating as a Design/Build firm, we make sure that the same ethics and considerations that go into a design are embodied in every aspect of how that design is implemented. Among other things, this means that we work to minimize the disturbance of existing biotic systems, soil, plant, animal, and otherwise.
Installing new landscape elements is often a necessarily disruptive process, but take every measure to ensure that the ecological integrity of a site is preserved, and ultimately strengthened, by our work. Our primary objective is to leave a site significantly better off than we found it, for all stakeholders, human and non-human.
